Hi everybody, the parade has started and it’s off to a great success. Thanks to all those who have dropped by to see our models. Please come and visit us monday through friday 5-8pm, and on the weekends 12-8pm. Parade runs through til May 20th. If you haven’t seen the Payette model yet, please come on down. I have updated our driving directions video just in case you don’t know how to get there.

Just a little heads up on the middle unit at Rivers Bend, we are nearing completion on this amazing gem. This floor plan is the little brother to the Sitka. You will find some similarities in this plan because of the interior light infusing courtyard. There is so much light coming through that you forget to turn the lights on when you walk in the house.
