The Juneau model that we built has been signed, sealed, and delivered.  The new homeowners are moving in.  No worries, I took some photos just before it closed, and am producing a video tour that will be available shortly.  Take a look at this Juneau, and compare it to our Parade model Juneau and tell us what you think.  Its a little different, but still the same great Juneau that thousands of you walked through during the parade.  Great news, we might have a lot available in Phase 4 so we can build another one.  But by the time most of you will get around to reading this, it might already be gone.  Please call if you are wanting to move into a Juneau, we might have a spot for you.

oh, one more thing:

This Juneau is on Sugar Tree Drive in phase 4.   My boys response to seeing this house was “that is totally phat” and my other boys said “that is so sick”  So in my twisted brain, I thought, this Juneau is phat, sick, and on sugar but all in a healthy way.  So sometimes is ok to be phat, sick and on sugar?

I dropped by the Sitka spring model in Spurwing greens today.  Everytime I go by that house, I’m amazed by the design and how its been maximized with light infusion.  Everywhere I look, and this is the darkest period of a house because some windows are boarded up, it amazing how much light is in this house.  The Interior courtyard is like a beacon of light that sits in the middle of the house beaming private sunlight through out the living area.  You should check it out for your self, call us for a VIP Tour at (208) 955-7900 today.

Sitka is ready to rock!.. sheet rock that is.. After the insulation is installed sheet rock is next, and we are on our way to finishing this awesome house.  Check out some of the photos of the house under construction.  I can’t wait for this house to finished, it is going to be amazing!
