Parade Party Time-Lapse

At the party, I mounted my GoPro in the corner and took a photos every 30 seconds over the 3 hrs party. I took those three hours and compressed them into one minute of video footage. 2013 Parade of Homes Awards

We were very excited to be voted Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite in category 3 at the Awards Banquet. These are the same awards that we won last year. Bayberry Under Construction

I walked through the new Bayberry model and took a few photos of the construction progress. I am getting so excited to see this new model, I think it will be a huge hit. With a the price coming in at 289,900 in Spurwing Greens on a nice quiet cup-de-sac. Also, if you peek at the photos, you can see the trusses form a 14×24 storage room above the garage. Lots of space for all your stuff! And don’t forget the roll up garage door going out the back of the third bay. That will be very handy for accessing the back yard. Tell us what you think. The Sitka Syndrome

The Sitka is looking so good, it has put me into a trance. I can’t stop visiting and hanging out. Be careful when you look at the pictures it will try to lure you in and trap you. The diagnosis from the doctors is the Sitka Syndrome. The only cure is for someone to buy it.
