After a design is completed, our team will prepare the land for rough excavating and the building process. Next, a foundation is poured and the framing of your home begins. Our experienced team will coordinate the installation of high-quality windows, roofing, siding, and plumbing systems. We worked with some of the most experienced contractors in the Treasure Valley to ensure that the home you purchase through Blackstead is of the highest quality.
To ensure that your home is Energy Star certified and environmentally friendly, we use energy efficient heating and cooling equipment, improved insulation and tight construction. Our team of experienced professionals will drywall the house, paint the walls to your specifications, and finish the carpentry work to give your home it’s very own look and feel. The countertops are then installed as well as the flooring, cabinets, and appliances. Lastly, the mirrors and shelving are installed to create a home that is ready for its residents.
Once completed, your team from Blackstead Building Company will perform a final walk-through to make sure the house exceeds your expectations and dreams. Once you’ve signed off on the house, we all go to the title company and close on your house. Once your house has closed and recorded, the house is officially yours. But don’t worry, we’ll be here long after the close if you should ever need any service work.
