Getting closer to being finished, took a few construction progress photos. Excited for this home to be complete and ready. We rarely get to have a Cypress completed model I assume that it will be gone soon as I change it over to Complete, New Never occupied. Very cool home with some cool features. Check out the shots.

The Juneau model that we built has been signed, sealed, and delivered. The new homeowners are moving in. No worries, I took some photos just before it closed, and am producing a video tour that will be available shortly. Take a look at this Juneau, and compare it to our Parade model Juneau and tell us what you think. Its a little different, but still the same great Juneau that thousands of you walked through during the parade. Great news, we might have a lot available in Phase 4 so we can build another one. At the party, I mounted my GoPro in the corner and took a photos every 30 seconds over the 3 hrs party. I took those three hours and compressed them into one minute of video footage. We were very excited to be voted Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite in category 3 at the Awards Banquet. These are the same awards that we won last year.
