Please Design My House!

How do you handle a large amount of choices? I typically shut down and freak out because I have a single-minded man brain.  We would like to here what you think about having a designer help you with your new home.  If you were to build a new home and had to pick all your interior selections, how would you handle it?  Please take this short poll to let us know what you think.  We think interior designers are very much-needed in building a new home, but we want to hear what you have to say.
